Eating with the Same Menu Each Day Make Quick Slim

Many people try diets but failed despite varying the diet. According to research, the key however, lies in the diet for a week if the menu is not replaced then the size of the meal will be reduced by itself.

Instinctively, humans have two reasons to eat a larger portion of the hunger and the food delicious. Factors hungry can not fight because it is a signal that the body needs energy, while good factor can be tricked.

According to a study at Washington State University, habituation or custom of eating a food affects the perception of good taste. Just as the effects of drugs, if consumed too frequently then over time the effect is diminishing.

The same thing happened to good food, which in this study exemplified by the macaroni and cheese. In the 32 participants who were conditioned to eat macaroni and cheese every day, after a week no longer taste good so that the portions will be reduced 100 calories.

As with the other 32 participants who were given only macaroni and cheese as a distraction. Although both are given for a week, because every day interspersed with other foods then at the end of the study portion of macaroni and cheese consumption rose by 30 calories.

"Meal monotony or of eating the same menu every day proven to reduce calorie intake. This trick is quite effective, living combined with the concept of balanced nutrition," said the researcher, Shelley McGuire as quoted by FoxNews, Saturday (23/07/2011) .

According to McGuire, of the monotonous diet would lead to habituation, so someone will start to lose the perception of taste. In a more easily, eating the same foods every day will make people bored that portion will be reduced by itself.
